01How Dreamway Construction Text Messaging Works

New and existing customers or prospective customers who provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages may receive SMS or MMS communications from Dreamway Construction.

• Estimate or proposal follow-ups

• Questions regarding your requested services

02Participant Requirements

You are responsible for any message, data, or other charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

03Consent to Receive Messages

By submitting your mobile phone number and providing the applicable consent, you authorize Dreamway Construction to send text messages to the number provided for the purposes described at the time of your consent.

Where required by law, Dreamway Construction will obtain appropriate consent before sending automated or recurring promotional text messages.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Dreamway Construction.

Providing your phone number for a project inquiry may allow Dreamway Construction to contact you regarding that specific inquiry or requested service, subject to applicable law.

After an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that your request has been processed.

Dreamway Construction does not guarantee that text messaging services will always be available or operate without interruption.

Dreamway Construction is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

11Release of Claims and No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamway Construction is not responsible for technical failures, network interruptions, delayed or undelivered messages, device compatibility issues, wireless carrier failures, or other technical problems associated with the text messaging service that are outside Dreamway Construction's reasonable control.

The text messaging service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
